Shin-O (Kanazawa-ku, Yokohama City) announced that two "Samurai Cruisers" that have been remodeled from Toyota's "Land Cruiser" more than 40 years ago, and a total of nine employees and their children will be leaving for a trip across Australia in December 2022.
Shin-O has launched the Samurai Cruiser Project, an adventure project to train the next generation of human resources. This trip across Australia is the first part of the project. Experience a world that you can't feel in everyday life, and let the people who will be responsible for the future gain more experience.
The project will export two "Land Cruiser 47" produced more than 40 years ago to Australia, and the mileage will be over 20,000 km and the two-month overland. The route starts in Melbourne and first crosses to Tasmania. I will return to Melbourne again and run straight on the Nankai Line to the west city of Perth. From there, travel through the magnificent desert area inland and travel to Alice Springs. It goes south from the inland and the starting point Melbourne becomes the goal.
The company will send information about Overland from time to time through Instagram and YouTube.
