In conjunction with the extension of the Hokuriku Shinkansen to Tsuruga Station, the third sector "Happiline Fukui" launched an ICOCA with its own design.

The adorable design attracted much attention, and 14,000 cards were sold in just one month, making them in short supply.

The dinosaur design, which is typical of Fukui, became a hot topic on SNS, and a limit of one per person was introduced on April 5.
