Biju is a Kyoto-based confectionery manufacturer that sold Kotabe Monaka Soft and Soft Ice Cream at its Otabe Arashiyama store in Arashiyama, Kyoto.

Kotabe monaka-soft is a dessert consisting of a piece of middle-sized cake topped with soft-serve ice cream, green tea-flavored kotabe, yatsuhashi bridge, and five-color arare, and can be enjoyed in a variety of different ways.

You can also choose the flavor of the soft serve ice cream. The Otabe Arashiyama store also offers a handmade experience.
