Fam Lab. has released "Journey," which was born out of the "Sense of SAKE Sake Brewing Practice" at "Jiyu Daigaku" (Free University). It is priced at 2,750 yen.

This sake was jointly developed by 11 of the lecture participants to create the ultimate sake.

With a concept that is in tune with modern changes, "Journey" is slowly evolving, like a friend of the times.

Its versatile flavor, which can be sweet and sour or mellow, can be enjoyed chilled or warmed, and challenges traditional combinations.

Its mild sweetness, refreshing acidity, and short aftertaste are pleasant.

The simple transparent label designed by the members also expresses the simple and passionate side of the product and evokes empathy.
