It is the largest project in the redevelopment around Shibuya Station that the company is working on, and it is likely to become a new symbol of Shibuya. In addition to a commercial facility of about 15,200 square meters with various tenants, offices and condominiums will be included.
In order to attract diverse human resources, it will also have rental housing for medium- to long-term residents operated by the Hyatt Group, a major American hotel company, multilingual child-rearing support facilities, and medical institutions. Shibuya is the home of Tokyu Land Corporation's head office, but the Sakuragaoka district, which is divided by main streets and railroad tracks, has not progressed in redevelopment compared to other districts. With the opening of Sakura Stage, the company hopes to increase the number of visitors and strengthen the company's business foundation.
